FOR BALLOON ORDERS:
We can deliver to any postal address in the UK as stated.
FOR FLOWERS AND GIFTS ORDERS:
We can deliver flower to any postal address in Manchester & within a 11km radius. We do not deliver to anywhere outside of our delivery radius unless explicitly stated before placing an order under special circumstances.
We can only offer same-day delivery if specifically stated during the checkout process.
We have made it as easy as possible to place an order while giving us all the necessary delivery information. We will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses and subsequent undelivered items.
We take privacy extremely seriously, meaning we cannot release any information to any party other than the payee, other than that included on delivery cards and messages.
Payment Information
We currently can accept payments from all major credit and debit cards including but not always limited to Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, American Express, Visa Electron, Delta, Eurocard, and JCB.
We currently also accept payments such as Cash, PayPal and Bank Transfer subject to our discretion.
This website uses Stripe for online credit and debit card transactions. Stripe is one of the leading payment processors in the world which provide payment processing for some of the biggest commerce websites known today. All payment information is transmitted in secure mode and is encrypted using the highest levels of online security encryption available. Credit card details are captured within the systems of the payment providers, and no card details are stored on your computer or computers belonging to Busy Bees Florist Manchester (us). When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation of your successful payment from us.
By clicking ‘pay now’ or ‘buy now or ‘complete order’ or ‘confirm purchase’ at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound to our complete terms and conditions as displayed on this page and anywhere else on our website.
Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send either an email confirmation, telephone confirmation, text message confirmation or verbal confirmation of your order details to inform you that we are processing your order via the contact details you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this confirmation.
Prices
Prices listed on our website are valid for a maximum of 14 days from the date of submitting your order.
All of our prices are inclusive of any VAT, tax and service fees.
Except where stated, all of the prices of our products are displayed excluding the delivery fee.
Product prices are subject to change without notice at our discretion.
All pricing errors can be reported to us directly by either email, telephone or in-person. If you think there has been an error without product charges, please inform us.
Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute any product with any other type of equal value and quality. This is normally due to the time of year and supply demands during peak bank holidays. We will always contact you before informing you of this decision.
If we are unable to provide your chosen flowers, you have the right to cancel your order with no penalties to yourself. This will be discussed when we inform you of the supply problem.
Delivery
All items available for purchase on our website are delivered by either our in house delivery team or third party courier services.
We can only deliver items up until 10 pm unless otherwise stated on our website or agreed before acceptance of your order.
If our delivery team cannot successfully deliver an item due to the recipient not being present at the time of delivery, we will leave an ‘out card’ and we will attempt a re-delivery at the cost of the customer, which has to be re-arranged by telephone.
All deliveries of floral work will not include any vases. Any media displayed on the website which includes props including vases are for display purposes only.
We will only deliver flowers on a working day unless explicitly stated during the checkout.
When sending flowers to a commercial address such as hospitals, schools, and all other business addresses, we will deliver the flowers to the main reception or the mailing room. Our recommendation is that this is to be discussed before ordering and only during weekdays.
When delivering any flowers, we reserve the right to deliver the order any time up until 10 pm on the date of delivery.

Click & Collect
Some of the items we display for purchase on our website are available for our click and collect service. You can identify a product that is available for click and collect on the product page.
Click & Collect is only available up until 5 pm Monday-Friday unless otherwise stated.
When placing a click and collect order, you will be asked the date of collection.
When choosing a date for our click and collect services, we make all reasonable attempts to make you aware of the available dates and collections times at the time of purchase. We cannot accept the liability for the accuracy of the click and collect times and dates displayed at that time. We advise you to check with us about our collection times by telephone before planning a trip to collect your order.
As some of the items we have available for purchase on our website are perishable, we advise that you collect your order within 24 hours of the order being completed and made ready for collection. We cannot take responsibility for items that have perished due to late collection.
When collecting your order with us, you will be asked to present your order confirmation including your order number and you may be asked for proof of identification.
If for any reason your order is not ready for click and collect on the specified date or at the specified time, we will make all reasonable efforts to contact you to inform you of this and make re-arrangements.
If you need to make any changes to your click and collect order, including the date or time of collection, we ask you to contact us by telephone with at least 24 hours notice.
During peak times and bank holidays including Christmas, valentine’s day, father’s day, mother’s day, we will usually have very specific order, collection and delivery times which will usually be displayed on our website, although we always suggest that you confirm this with us by telephone.

Returns Policy & Cancellation Rights
If for any reason you are not happy with the products or services that we have provided, please notify us of this by telephone or email.
All complaints must be received by us within 2 weeks after delivery or collection.
We always try to respond to any custom enquiries or complaints within 24 hours of receiving them and we try to make a resolution within 14 days of receiving the enquiry or complaint.

Offers & Promotion Codes
At our discretion, we may choose to offer products on our website at discounted prices. All of these offers are valid from the date they are introduced to the end of the offer date displayed and they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the offer ending date.
If a customer makes a purchase on our website and then the price of that product then falls due to our pricing structure change, promotional code or a discount, the pricing of the product at the time of purchase will stand and the new price or offer cannot be applied.
We reserve the right to offer special promotions or discounts to different customers at our discretion.
Discount codes or offers cannot be combined in conjunction with other offers on our website unless explicitly stated.
Only one promotional or discount code can be used at any given time.
If we have added credit to your account, this will expire 12 months from the date of issue.
We reserve the right to modify any promotional offer on our website at any time.
