Returns & Refund Policy – Flowers, Balloons and Gifts
We use high quality fresh flowers in our bouquets and funeral flowers, we also provide flower food to prolong the freshness.
Please let us know straightaway of any problems and we will try our upmost to put that right.
Its important to note that flowers do require care and attention, due to flowers being perishable its important to let us know with 24hours of delivery of any problems.
Similarly Balloons due to being Helium filled are also perishable, its important to note here that balloons left in cold temperatures may look underinflated, this can be rectified by placing them in a warm environment to re-expand.
Only under exceptional circumstances we will offer a refund or a replacement of flowers or balloon products.
We reserve the right to offer refunds at our discretion.
