How can I contact you?

How do I buy flowers on your website?

We have worked extremely hard to make ordering flowers on our website as easy as possible. Simply browse our products, click ‘add to basket’ on the flowers you want and then choose a delivery slot. Once you are in our checkout area, click ‘complete order’ and follow the steps of the checkout process. During checkout, you will need to inform us of where the flowers are going and to who they are being delivered.

Can I order by telephone or email?

Yes, we accept orders by telephone on 07447 055252. Alternatively, you can email us at busy.bees.florist.manchester@gmail.com if you would like us to give you a call back to place your order. Our team will always try to get back to you within the hour to help you make your order but sometimes this can take longer depending on how busy we are. Just so you know, we currently can’t accept payment over email so we will direct you through the checkout process on your mobile phone, tablet or computer.

Can I place an order if I am not in the UK?

We accept all orders from anywhere in the world as long as the recipient of the flowers is within our delivery radius. We accept most major credit/debit cards and also other payment options such as PayPal.

Can I pay for flowers with cash?

We can accept cash as payment for all of the flowers you see on our website, although the payment has to be made upfront and in person before the order has been started. You can make payment by cash in our shop located in Droylsden, Manchester. If you plan on paying for your flowers by cash please give us a call first so that we can have a shop assistant waiting for you when you arrive.
We currently do not accept cheque as a form of payment.

Are my personal / payment details secure on busybees-florist-manchester.co.uk?

Our website is completely secure and meets all the standards required for data protection and payment processing encryption. Our payments are processed by a third party called ‘Stripe’ who is one of the leaders in online payment processing. We take your data extremely seriously and we promise to never disclose your personal information to any third party, as just like you we would not appreciate our data being misused.

Will the flowers come with a vase?

Most of our flowers currently do not come with a vase as they are gift wrapped bouquets and are intended to be kept in the packaging that they are received in. If you have special circumstances where you require alternative packaging or a vase, please give our friendly customer services team a call and we can see what we can do for you.

How will the flowers be packaged?

Most of our floral arrangements are gift wrapped in paper and cellophane wrapper with plain raffia. Our team hand ties our bouquets which includes an aqua pack with water to give your flowers the longest life possible. When making an order, you will usually be given different product variations which will allow you to choose the style and the colour of the packaging which would usually include a hand-tied bow.

Can I send flowers anonymously?

We will allow you to send flowers to the receiver anonymously, meaning that we will not disclose any of the sender’s information such as name, address, or any other contact information. Optionally, you can leave a sender’s card in the bouquet with a custom written message of your choosing.
Our anonymous delivery option falls in line with our data protection policy meaning that, even if the receiver requests the sender’s personal details, we would not be able to give the information to them.

Where does Busy Bees Florist Manchester deliver to?

We currently will accept Flower orders and delivery in the following areas: Manchester, Stockport & Oldham.

We can also send Balloon Orders boxed Nationwide to any address within the UK.

Can you guarantee delivery on a specific date?

We can guarantee delivery on any specific date that is stated as a delivery option on our product checkout page. Certain floral arrangements need extra time to prepare due to style and size although this will be clearly displayed on the product itself. If you’re in a rush, you can always get in touch with us and we can give you an accurate time on how quickly we can deliver your flowers.

Do you offer evenings and weekend delivery?

We can make deliveries between 10am – 5pm Monday – Saturday. If your desired time slot is not available on our website when completing your purchase, you can get in touch with us directly and we will always do our best to accommodate your order.

Can I send flowers to a business address?

We regularly deliver flowers to offices, schools, hospitals and just about anywhere you can think of! If you have a delivery which falls under special circumstances, we would love to hear about it as we know how important flowers can be during special or tough times.

Can I change the delivery date/time after making an order?

If you have realised that the time selected during checkout is no longer convenient, you should contact us immediately so we can make all the necessary re-arrangements if possible. If we have already attempted delivery with no success, we will add an additional delivery charge on top of the original order price. Details of this additional charge can be found on our delivery information page and also by giving us a call.

Additionally during the order process, you will receive email updates in regard to the status of your order, from the moment you first place your order to the moment they are delivered. Additionally, if you have any concerns about your order or need to make any updates to the delivery address or time of delivery, please notify us by phone or email.

Why did I not receive an email confirmation of my order?

Order confirmations are sent automatically. If you did not receive an order confirmation and would like to get an update, you can contact us for a live update. Sometimes order confirmation emails get caught in spam and junk folders.

What credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept the following credit cards on busybees-florist-manchester.co.uk – Mastercard, VISA, Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit, Delta and Electron.

How can I make a complaint?

In the rare event that you are unhappy with our service, you can make a complaint by contacting us. We pride ourselves on our customer service and would like to know if we can improve.

Can I include a personal message with my order?

With every order, you can add your own personal message on the gift messages area during checkout. If you opt into adding a personal message, it will be provided on a stylish gift card and presented nicely with your flowers.

Can you send me a paper receipt?

If you need a paper receipt/invoice, please send us an email busy.bees.florist.manchester@gmail.com
Please be aware that we will only send receipts to the person who placed the order.

When placing your order, you will have an option to select ‘collection in person’. If you have placed an order for delivery and would like to change it to a collection, please notify us as soon as possible.

Do I need to have an account to be able to order?

You do not need to have an account on our website to be able to place an order, although we strongly recommend it. We occasionally run offers and promotions to our customers which involve crediting your account with discounts, free credit and gifts. If you would prefer, you can select to checkout as a guest when placing an order.

How can I make sure my order stays looking fresh for as long as possible?

While you are browsing any of our flower arrangements, you can find flower care information in the details area, which will give you bespoke care advice for that floral arrangement. Some types of flowers require special care to keep them healthy and looking fresh.
