DELIVERY INFORMATION
General Delivery Information For All Orders
- Orders for next day delivery will be available via the calendar within the product page, if next day order is available, it will be stated and honoured.
- We can facilitate orders as far in advance as up to 3 months on our website, any orders for a longer backdate must be discussed with us over the telephone.
- If your recipient is not present when our delivery team tries to make delivery, they will leave an ‘out card’ informing them of the missed delivery. The sender will be contacted to be informed of the failed delivery.
- Failed deliveries are subject to a re-delivery fee if the sender decides on attempting delivery again.
- Once your order has been placed on our website, you will receive an email and/or text message confirmation, describing the allocated time of delivery.
- All changes to delivery must be informed with at least 12 hours notice, and under special circumstances, we can change the delivery as near as 1 hour beforehand if discussed directly with us over the telephone.
- We can deliver to any postal address in Manchester & within a 25-mile radius for all products, additionally balloons can be delivered nationally. We do not deliver anywhere outside of our delivery radius unless explicitly stated before placing an order under special circumstances.
- We can only offer same-day delivery if specifically stated during the checkout process. For further information on same-day delivery, please contact us first to confirm.
- We have made it as easy as possible to place an order while giving us all the necessary delivery information. We will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses and subsequent undelivered items.
- We take privacy extremely seriously, meaning we cannot release any information to any party other than the payee, other than that included on delivery cards and messages.
- When placing an order, you may be given the option to add delivery instructions, but these are at the discretion of our delivery team.
- All items available for purchase on our website are delivered by either our in-house delivery team or third-party courier services.
- We can sometimes deliver items up until 9 pm unless otherwise stated on our website or agreed upon before acceptance of your order.
- If you know that your recipient will not be present during the delivery, you can contact us by email (with 2 days notice) or by telephone (with 6 hours notice) and inform us of a safe place to leave the delivery.
- All deliveries with a safe place will be photographed for evidence, which is at our discretion to release. More so, it’s at the customers own risk to use a safe place for items.
- We do not take responsibility for recipients no longer living at the address provided. It is the sender’s responsibility to check if the recipient is still available at the delivery address provided.
Delivery Information For Flowers
- All flower deliveries are subject to a delivery charge which may be individual to that specific product. For an accurate delivery charge for that product, please refer to the checkout page delivery details before placing your order.
- When sending flowers to a commercial address such as hospitals, schools, and all other business addresses, we will deliver the flowers to the main reception or the mailing room. Our recommendation is that this is to be discussed before ordering and only during weekdays.
- When delivering any flowers, we reserve the right to deliver the order any time up until 7 pm on the date of delivery.
- All deliveries of floral work will not include any vases. Any media displayed on the website which includes props including vases are for display purposes only.
- We will only deliver flowers on a working day unless explicitly stated during the checkout process.
Delivery Information For Balloons
- Our balloons can be delivered nationwide, with some areas excluded due to mailing services having difficulty delivering them.
- All of our balloons include free standard delivery with Royal Mail unless stated otherwise, which stated a delivery estimate of 3-5 days.
- We can offer an upgraded delivery service of Royal Mail 1st class for an additional £2.99 (1-3 days delivery estimate) or Royal Mail Next Day for an additional £4.99 (1-2 days delivery estimate).
- For an accurate postage charge please see the delivery details on the checkout process for your specific purchase.
- Delivery to some zones in the UK can be subject to an additional charge, passed on from the mailing provider. Some of these postal zones include but are not limited to: AB, BT, FK, G, GY, HS, JE, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, PO, TD, TR, and ZE.
- During some peak times such as Christmas, we suggest that you place your order earlier than needed to allow mailing providers additional time to deliver your order. We do not accept liability for orders that were dispatched on time but delivered late by the courier.
- We do not accept responsibility for orders that were not delivered due to incorrect information given during the checkout process.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
- Both us and any delivery service we use shall be liable for any failure to perform services where the failure or delay in delivery of services is the result of circumstances outside our reasonable control. These circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather (snow, flooding, extreme winds), fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any kind on any public highway, rioting, terrorism, act of god, or industrial dispute or strike.
We reserve the right to decline any order on our website for any reason at our discretion. Any declination of orders will be notified to the purchaser by email or telephone or text message.
