FUNERAL ORDER:
We work directly with Funeral Directors to deliver the order on time that specified when making an order, when completing an order for a funeral product our checkout process will ask for Funeral Director information and time, alternatively your order can be delivered to any address.

FLOWER BOUQUETS & OTHER PRODUCTS:
Orders for flower Bouquets will be made delivered between the hours of 10am to 4pm Monday - Saturday. If the recipient is not at home when making the delivery, attempts with be made to leave them with a neighbour and a calling card will be left, otherwise a calling card will be left at the recipient address with contact information for re-delivery, during quiet periods this may be same day, otherwise during busy times next day.
